Because my experience, work ethic and skills that are built within the call center industry taught me a lot. Knowing what I can bring to the table, and help us both do countless goals for your business along the way. 

My most important work ethic is being compliant. I always put the client’s needs first over everything. I listen very carefully to instructions and directions on how to handle the day to day tasks without any questions as long as we’re both on the same side. But from my earlier involvements, I’ve learned that both of us have to communicate very well, brainstorm ideas or what strategies are the best approach in accomplishing our tasks.

I have worked really hard for my skills since I’m not that much of a talented person. I persevered through the tough times that I even question myself if I’m learning things the right way or if I’m having a hard time struggling to learn the challenges ahead. I motivated myself every single day that no other person or individual would help me be one of the best talents that we have on our team. And eventually, I had strong independence and confidence that I can work alone and get the job done.

Despite of being too dependent on myself, I’ve also learned that my teammates/colleagues are really important as well. To be working with them together, having a healthy work relationship and consistently helping each other out through the good and the bad is very essential in providing quality output. I’ve learned how to connect more with people and be a team player.

And personally, I don’t take chances for granted. I’m really thankful that from those past experiences, I’ve grown a lot emotionally and matured on being critical with decisions that’s best for me, my team and my clients. And finally once I get hired, I know that I’m very capable of improving every single day to be the best asset that you’ll have on your business as we grow together.

Surely all of us have to consider the value of our hard-earned money to spend in owning a property. Here are the most important ways of finding your perfect home:

#1 Make sure that it stays on your budget:

Be sure to have a fixed financial amount or capacity before going out to explore the market. Don’t over spend on luxuries or any extras that would exceed your budget. It will be much easier and you will know which properties to look at according to your own needs and necessities.

This is one of the essential things to consider while finding a home. Make sure on what comes around the neighborhood and if you’re comfortable with it. Learn how your daily transportation or commute works. Learn how to estimate the time and directions for your own convenience. Most importantly, know all the establishments such as schools, malls, and hospitals nearby.

#3 Bigger houses are not always the better:

Assess how many rooms, living areas, toilet or baths that you need to fit your family comfortably. It is not necessary on overspending on mansions with empty spaces that you wouldn’t have any idea on how to fill. It’s always better to acknowledge what’s best for your family.

#4 Don’t be too impulsive on buying a property:

You don’t need to move into the first house you see. If you’re having a hard time finding a house that meets all your expectations, give it time. This is a HUGE investment, so choose the best or the one that you can see yourself living in for the next 5-10 years and possibly an entire lifetime.

#5 Work with a Real Estate Agent:

Again, if you really don’t know where to start or can’t narrow down your search on the market, seek out the help of a real estate agent. It’ll cost you, but on the bright side, you’ll save you a lot time and energy. They have precise experience and knowledge on the end to end process of owning a property.

It’s their job to find the best value for money property that you would surely get and be happy in the long run. They are trained to negotiate well. They know what usually works and what doesn’t as their experience in the field are for sure to be worth your consideration.
